Delivery Information

We want your groceries to arrive fresh and on time. Here is what to expect when you order from AllGoods.

Delivery times

We deliver during our opening hours. The expected time is told to you when the order is confirmed. Orders placed late in the day may be delivered the next day.

Before your delivery

• Check that your phone number and address are correct, with a landmark if your home is hard to find.
• Keep your phone nearby, as our delivery person may call you.
• Have the payment ready if you are paying on delivery.

When it arrives

Please check your items when you receive them. If something is missing, damaged or not as ordered, tell the delivery person or contact us as soon as possible. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.

Delivery delays

Traffic, weather and other things can sometimes delay a delivery. We will let you know if we expect a long delay.
